Cookies Policy
What are cookies.
A “cookie” is a short text file created on your computer when you access a particular site for the purpose of storing and transporting information. Cookies are sent from a web server (i.e. the computer on which the website visited is running) to the user’s browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and stored on the latter’s computer; they are then redirected to the website during subsequent visits. During navigation, the user may also receive cookies from different sites (so-called “third party” cookies) on his terminal, set directly by the operators of these websites and used for the purposes and in the manner defined by them.
Types of cookies used by this site.
The Site uses technical cookies to guarantee and facilitate navigation and use of the website and to collect information, in aggregate form, on visits to the Site. Third party cookies are also used for profiling purposes.
The Site uses only technical cookies, with respect to which no consent is required by the interested party in accordance with current legislation.
No personal data of users is acquired by the Site. Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, i.e. systems for tracing users.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The so-called session cookies used in this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users’ navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.
More precisely, the Site uses:
- Third party cookies.
They allow you to enrich the content of the site with material from external parties Link to Google Policy
B1. Analytics Technical Cookies
The Site uses Google Analytics for statistical purposes only. This is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), which uses cookies, which are stored on your computer to allow statistical analysis in an aggregated form regarding your use of the website; please note that in addition to cookies, Google also uses a pixel tag (see policy).
Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and evaluating your use of this Application, compiling reports and sharing it with other services developed by Google. This Site disables the sharing with other services developed by Google. Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize ads on its advertising network.
This integration of Google Analytics makes your IP address anonymous. Anonymisation works by shortening your IP address within the borders of Member States of the European Union or other countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the IP address will be sent to Google’s servers and abbreviated within the United States (see policy).
As expressly indicated by the Privacy Guarantor with the “Clarification on the implementation of the legislation on cookies” of June 5, 2015, sites that use, for mere statistical purposes, analytical cookies created and made available by third parties are not subject to the obligations and requirements of the legislation (notification to the Guarantor in the first place) if appropriate tools are adopted to reduce the identification power of the analytical cookies they use (for example, by masking significant portions of the IP address) and provided that the use of such cookies is subject to contractual obligations between the sites and third parties, which expressly refer to the commitment of the third party or to use them exclusively for the provision of the service, to store them separately and not to “enrich” or “cross-reference” them with other information available to them.
The Owner of this Site, as already mentioned, has decided to make use of the function of anonymisation of users’ IP provided by Google and has accepted the Data Processing Amendment (Google Analytics Data Processing Amendment v20130906) made available by Google Analytics in compliance with Directive 95/46/EC, with which Google undertakes to process data according to the requests of the Customer – Owner of the Site and not to share them with other additional services if not requested by the Customer himself, through the settings of the services. On this point we inform the user that the Owner of this Site has not linked Google Analytics to any additional services and that no advertising or data sharing options with Google have been activated.
In the light of the measures taken, the Google Analytics service, used by this Site for mere statistical purposes, is activated upon landing and the user is not required to consent to the release of cookies.
